Introduction
DAWN is an RWA (Real-World Asset) protocol for tokenizing the infrastructure that powers AI. The USD.infra Vault brings those assets on-chain at scale, pairing contracted AI infrastructure projects with a vault that finances their buildout. This guide walks through what DAWN is, how the USD.infra Vault works, and how capital, projects, and cashflows fit together.
DAWN
The DAWN protocol is an RWA protocol for AI infrastructure: a way for operators to borrow capital and deploy compute and connectivity infrastructure, as well as for Vault participants to participate in the yield from these projects. It pairs contracted infrastructure projects with a vault (USD.infra Vault) that finances them using on-chain capital.

Participate in the USD.infra Vault
The USD.infra Vault routes stablecoin capital into AI infrastructure projects through a vault, and returns contracted cashflows back to participants through a token called sUSD.infra. Participation is limited to eligible non-U.S. persons and is subject to transfer restrictions.
