# Bring Your Existing Network

DAWN is designed to onboard existing operators. If you already run infrastructure, DAWN helps you (1) represent it as verifiable capacity, (2) measure delivery over time, and (3) participate in settlement + incentives based on real service.

If you already operate a network, DAWN is designed to let existing infrastructure become participating pieces of the DAWN network, as long as it can be measured and verified.

## **Who this is for**

* WISPs / ISPs
* Neutral host operators
* Building network operators
* Operators with Tarana or other standardized last-mile capacity

### **Step-by-step:**

1. Confirm fit

* Your network needs stable delivery, monitorability, and a clear operational owner (operator).

2. Integrate telemetry + measurement

* Provide the data needed to attribute delivery over time (not one-off claims).

3. Register coverage + offers

* Define service zones and what you’re offering (capacity / service expectations).

4. Initial validation window

* Establish baseline performance over a time window so the network can build confidence in delivery.

5. Enable settlement / incentives

* Once delivery is consistently measurable, attribution can track ongoing performance.

6. Scale

* Expand with standardized deployment patterns (deployers, buildings, repeatable playbooks), and finance expansion once unit economics are proven (See: [USD.infra Vault](/usd.infra-vault/usd.infra-vault-overview.md)).

## **Important note**

DAWN’s model favors delivery you can prove. The goal is to prevent coverage spam and spoofed listings by anchoring everything in time-weighted measurement and independent validation.
