## **General**

By accessing these docs, you agree that:

* Information is provided “as is” for informational purposes.
* DAWN may update documentation at any time.
### **No financial advice / no solicitation**

Nothing in these docs constitutes:

* financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or
* an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token, or financial product.

### **Risk disclosure**

The USD.infra Vault involves meaningful risks, including:

* Illiquidity risk (AI infrastructure assets cannot be liquidated instantly; protocol redemptions are normally funded from the Vault's liquidity sleeve but may be subject to dynamic exit fees, circuit breakers, or queue mechanics if available liquidity approaches the minimum floor)
* Credit / performance risk (projects or acquisitions may underperform)
* Counterparty / operational risk
* Legal / regulatory risk
* Smart contract risk (audits and cautious rollouts are mitigations)
* Market risk (secondary price can deviate from the published exchange rate under stress)
* Redemption eligibility risk (protocol redemptions require applicable verification and eligibility checks; secondary-market activity remains subject to applicable venue, transfer, and jurisdictional restrictions)
### **Forward-looking statements**

Docs may include forward-looking statements. Actual outcomes may differ materially.
### **Points / rewards**

Points are non-transferable recognition mechanisms with no monetary value and may be modified or discontinued.

### **Jurisdiction / eligibility**

Certain products, features, or participation paths may be restricted by jurisdiction and eligibility requirements. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

Protocol redemption requires participant verification. Verification requirements, and the availability of redemption, may vary by jurisdiction.
