# Deposits and Launch Availability

## **Launch Phases**

The USD.infra Vault will roll out in phases to ensure reserves, accounting, and redemption mechanics are reliable before broader scale.

* **Phase 1:** Vault launch with conservative liquidity management and transparent reporting.
* **Phase 2:** Expanded strategy coverage across additional SPVs and asset types, along with extended DeFi opportunities, including the graduation of asset classes into dedicated sector vaults.
* **Phase 3:** More advanced transparency tooling, monitoring, and automation as the system matures.

Deposits will open once the Vault, reporting surfaces, and redemption mechanics are ready. Access may expand gradually based on product readiness, compliance requirements, and operational capacity.
