# Who the USD.infra Vault is for

The USD.infra Vault is designed for the following aligned participant groups, each with different needs:

1. **Eligible stablecoin holders:** Participate in the Vault to access DAWN's protocol participation mechanics, subject to eligibility and transfer restrictions.
2. **Eligible institutional participants:** Access the USD.infra Vault's transparent, on-chain infrastructure-finance coordination layer, subject to eligibility requirements.
3. **Deployers:** Use Vault capital to finance profitable deployments, operate the underlying infrastructure, and return contracted cash flows to the system.
4. **Homes and Businesses:** The USD.infra Vault ultimately exists to facilitate DAWN’s mandate of providing affordable compute and high-speed Internet for all.

Each of these participant types interacts with the same two tokens (USD.infra and sUSD.infra) that sit at the center of the USD.infra Vault.
